How to find Wernddu Golf Club

Wernddu Golf Club is situated 1½ miles from Abergavenny in Monmouthshire, on the B4521. Which is just off the A465, the main Abergavenny to Hereford road.

Finding your starting point
Type the address you would like to get directions from in the box below. As in our example, it isn't nessecary to use capital letters or any punctuation.
Then click 'Find It'.

Fine tuning your Starting point
Click and hold the red marker, using the left mouse button, then move the marker to the precise point you are travelling from. For more information on interacting with the map see below.
Note the marker will snap to the nearest road if you release the left mouse button whilst moving it.

Getting your directions
Having located your starting point, left click the red marker and a bubble will appear above it.
Now simply left click 'Get Directions'.

  • The Map
    • Moving the map - Holding the left mouse button down you are able to move the map around within the map window. Just try it...
    • Zooming - Using the + and - controls (top left hand corner of the map) allows you to alter the zoom level of the map.
    • Map Types - You can change the view type by left clicking one of the three map types (the three buttons in the top right of the map).
      • Map The default view. This provides a typical Road Map overview.
      • Satellite A photographic image taken by satellite that can be zoomed to high very detail.
      • Hybrid A blend of satellite images with road name overlay. Possibly the most useful for identifying individual houses and viewing direction details.
  • Your Directions
    • Individual Directions - Each step of your directions when clicked with the left mouse button will provide an overlaid, highly detailed map of that step.
    • Overlaid Map Controls The map controls above also apply to overlaid maps. Try 'Hybrid' view and 'Zooming' the overlaid map to get the maximum information.

All this set in a beautifully, mature surrounding. Discretely overlooked by a character 12th century farmhouse. There is holiday accommodation on the adjacent farm and coarse fishing is also available.
